Wilted Dandelions...Delicious

Early spring our mother would send us out to collect dandelion greens...this was before any sign of blooms...she would make a hot dressing of bacon grease, vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and pepper...pour over clean dandelion greens and top with green onion slices, crumbled bacon and sliced hardboiled egg...enjoy!
