Weed identification

prolific garden weed

This weed survives the winters at Vancouver BC and starts producing very small white flowers early in the spring. It spreads rapidly from seeds.

Some people say the leaves are OK in a salad.

Please help me to identify this weed from the pictue that I am sending in the next block.
