We love them fried!

Mix equal parts Flour and Corn Meal,then salt to taste. Crack open a couple of eggs and beat. Slice the banana pepers in half and put them in the dry. Shake off excess and put in the egg. Shake off and put in the dry again.
Fry in oil covering the peppers until golden brown. Garnish with horseradish sauce and cold beer.
