stuffed banana peppers....our fav!

I am attempting to grow my very first banana peppers this year and will be potting them so I can transport them with me to our campsite.

My husband makes a delicious cheese stuffed pepper baked in italian dressing and I am hoping to get enough peppers to bake these on the grill all year long!

The stuffing is a mixture of cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan,a little garlic powder and crushed red pepper flakes. Boil the peppers first to soften, stuff and pour bottled italian dressing over to cover and bake until cheese is hot .....I could eat these things everyday!
Enjoy!
