Makes great Salsa

I use my banana peppers along with some cayenne to make my own salsa. I can't remember the last time I bought salsa at the store, I also dried the ceyennes so I can crush them later for chili and pasta sauces. they last forever in sealed jars and look pretty on my display shelf.
