Make them into Dill Pepper's

I make Dill peppers every year, it started out when I was doing cucumber's and ran out of cucumbers and still had enough brine for 1 more jar. I filled the jar with deseeded hot banana pepper's poured the hot brine into the jar and sealed it. A week later I opened them and it became an instant hit. I now make 85 quart jars of pickled banana peppers a year. The recipe that I use is simple buy Mrs. Wages "Quick Process" Dill Pickle mix from your local grocery store. Follow the easy recipe instead of using cucumbers fill the jar with as much peppers as you can and fill with the brine mix and wait a week and enjoy.
