Saute onion and garlic in a little bit of vegetable oil for 5 min or until tender.
Add all the peppers and saute until tender.
Add 1l vegetable or chicken stock.
Bring to a broil, simmer for 20-30 minutes.
I used little salt and no pepper because the spice was in the jalopeno peppers.
One time my soup was too hot: so I added a can of crushed tomatoes and 1 can of black beans. I topped the soup with one tablespoon of sour cream.
It was pretty good.
