Banana Peppers

Well, I love banana peppers also and they are very prodcutive...I use them in salads, salsa, chop them up and toss in a tuna salad or toss on the grill when making steaks!! They are very good this way. At the end of the season (when it freezes) I usually have all the peppers picked--I will wash them and cut in half lengthwise, remove all the seeds and just freeze them. This way they are readily available for my cooking needs over the winter. This is probably the quickest and easiest method.
