Rinse thoroughly, dry w/paper towl, pierce middle section of each pepper w/tip of knife. In large bowl toss all peppers in oil (any cooking oil; I prefer Extra Virgin Olive Oil), sprinkle salt and garlic powder; toss. Bake/Broil/Grill turn every few minutes until peppers are brown on all sides and pepper is soft/tender. Eat as is or with anything, even in your salads!
